Depot Features
•Service/Repair Turnaround averages 3-5 Business Days – (Depending on Parts availability).

•Application Program(s) Installed - $20 for first application, $10 each additional application.
•Data Backup /Transfer - $30 for up to 2GB of data. up to 10GB $45.00, up to 50GB $60.00, up to 200GB $75.00

•Expedite Fee- $100.00 (Guarantees next available technician, but does not guarantee same day).

•PC Desktop Hardware Repair $80 per hour, not to exceed 2 hours without customer approval. (Bench Fee will be applied).
•Replace /Upgrade PC Motherboard and Drivers - $65 Flat Fee plus parts.
•Notebook /Laptop Hardware Repair - $140 Flat Fee plus parts.
•Replace/Upgrade Hard Drive, CD/DVD, Internal Card, Power Supply, etc. - $60 ($20 if a Service Option is Selected) plus parts.
•Data Recovery on failed hard drives and other storage devices, $120 per hour, 1-hour minimum deposit required.
